Optaros is building momentum in the United Kingdom. We have had a successful start to the UK open source consulting business and are working with some great companies. We are an open source consulting firm that helps companies seize business agility. We design and assemble business solutions by leveraging open source components, allowing rapidly deliver of value to our customers which meet the growing expectations of a richer user experience.

The UK team is made up of individuals passionate about leveraging the fundamental changes in software technology. The combination of our agile methodology, open source expertise and user-centered design depth has provided a winning combination for our clients.

We have focused our initial attention in the UK on the Ecommerce and Media and Publishing markets, taking advantage of our global strength in these areas. We have seen a real need to increase the user experience and demonstrate a richer customer 2-way experience. We are involved in helping clients think through and understand how social networks best integrate within their company and how to monetize the opportunities they bring. We are also working with our clients to prioritize initiatives that focus on delivering measured results with real ROI.

We are excited at starting Optaros in the UK and getting involved in the many open source consulting activities. We look forward to ending the year strong and entering 2009 with the momentum needed to continually grow and build a great company.
